With the fathers' network “conpadres”, we have been supporting companies and their male employees for more than 13 years in the area of work-life balance. The guiding principle here is that equal rights can only be achieved with active fathers, whom we help to credibly reconcile their role as a father with their job through suitable offers and our cross-company network. Digital lectures, live conferences, barcamps and workshops on topics such as parenting and work-life balance form the core of the nationwide programme.
