MTS Social Design, morethanshelters e.V. - Daniel Kerber

"morethanshelters (MTS) was the initial innitiative that was founded in 2012 to bring innovative architecturel, urban planning and design solutions into the humanitarian context. Since its foundation MTS has been in active in refugee camps internationally to co-design with all local stakeholders involved social innovations within the camps. Around 2015 MTS got active in Germany and Europe as well to work in communities in cities with a high influx of newcomers. In 2019 the brand was changed to MTS-Social Design as the range of offers got bigger. MTS went into the field of urban development and the design of systemic social innovations. MTS has three customer segments: municipalities, foundations and international NGOs or UN Agencies.
