Hate Aid gives victims of online violence not only emotional support but also access to justice by helping them to secure evidence, file criminal complaints and finance litigation. Therefore perpetrators of online violence get deterred and victims empowered to stay online and to not withdraw from public debate. Moreover the organisation educates the public, judiciary and law enforcement about online violence.
