Black Dads Germany - Alain Missala

With Black Dads Germany, Alain has built the first German community for Black men, united through fatherhood. In less than two years, this movement has brought together over 1,000 fathers in seven cities, helping them break out of isolation and become role models in their communities. Through public events and children's book readings featuring Black protagonists, the perception of these fathers in mainstream society is shifting, and positive images are being established for future generations. Alain also collaborates with publishers and librarians to ensure that the demand for more diverse children's literature increases.
