Can we build back better? How do we build back better? HL BaSE, Hogan Lovells' impact economy practice, asks responsible business leader Mike Barry how to drive change and find solutions for a sustainable future.
"With human ingenuity and the resourcefulness of business we can pull back from the precipice but we ain't got much time. All of us need to throw our shoulder to the wheel and push to build back better now."
Mike talks about a generational shift in expectations and demand for a more equitable political and economic system. He warns that the impact of COVID will be nothing compared to the impact of the climate crisis on our way of life. Luckily, as a perennial optimist and an experienced changemaker, Mike has tips for business and individuals on how to step forward, drive change and build back better.
