Award winning craft beer brewed with surplus bread
Toast Ale is a multi-award winning UK craft brewery (www.toastale.com). They make their planet-saving beer using surplus bread (yesterday’s bread from bakeries) that would otherwise be wasted and they donate all their profits to environmental charities.
