Do it Now Now – Bayo Adelaja

Do it Now Now is an innovative organisation committed to the social empowerment to Black communities across the globe. We bring charities, social entrepreneurs, startup teams, social innovators, investors, and philanthropists together to address social challenges, solve problems and support the development of underserved communities specifically. When we launched DINN 4 years ago, we were piecing together an ecosystem to support entrepreneurs, leaders and activists who are systematically removed from the existing social support ecosystem globally. We sought to design the experience of engaging with the social support ecosystem anew so that people of colour could be given the opportunity to engage successfully with the structure that exists to empower change-makers and innovators in civil society. To do that, we have had to work closely with our community to understand their needs. As a result of that practice, we champion open innovation and co-creation in all our work.
