Fair Employment Agency - Grace Cheng

Fair Employment Agency (FEA) is a non-profit domestic worker employment agency in Hong Kong that's built a better way of hiring domestic workers. Its mission is to eradicate forced labour of migrant domestic workers in Hong Kong by providing ethical recruitment business solutions. FEA never charges any fees to workers and delivers high quality service to employers. By the end of its fourth year of operation, FEA had it’s first break-even year and has now placed over 4,000 migrant workers, saving them over millions in recruitment debt. It is now one of the top ten biggest employment agencies in Hong Kong.

FEA is supported by the Fair Employment Foundation, a registered charity in Hong Kong, with the mission of building market solutions to end the forced labour of migrant workers across Asia.

Grace is one of the organisation’s first staff members and has been leading the recruitment team for the past 4 years. Now as the General Manager, she leads a team of over 20 staff in two branches. She is responsible for the strategic development and sustainable expansion of FEA and its mission of influencing the market towards fair hiring of domestic workers.
