At BeLifted we work to provide women and girls with opportunities to reach their full to potential, for a safe and free place to get fit with your family, to provide emotional support, with book club's so your children can grow in confidence and we offer free and personalised debt advice. Our focus is currently North West, with groups and classes regularly being held in Barnet, Brent, Camden. 

We focus on the following groups of women; young girls from 7-14 years old, Women from the age of 16-70 years old, black and ethnic minority women , domestic violence survivors, single mothers, women living in poverty, at risk women and women ex-offenders
