Back to Listing The business and social enterprise training program (the "Program") will be led by the Dean who will draw on resources and input from the Faculty and the Visiting Committee. The Dean will report to the Visiting Committee. Term of Office: Three years and, thereafter, will be eligible for re-election each year by the then members of the Visiting Committee. Job Description: To lead the development of the Program's policy on education and individual development in accordance at all times with the objectives To ensure that the program and education assist in delivering a change of culture to ensure that social impact is placed at the heart of service delivery by Hogan Lovells lawyers To oversee the rollout of the Program across the international practice To provide academic and pastoral advice to those participating in the Program To lead the Faculty in developing programs of study To lead the Faculty in developing the Program's internal and external, digital and direct platforms To liaise with the graduate recruitment team of Hogan Lovells To chair relevant committees and working groups of the Faculty and report to the Visiting Committee and, if directed by the Visiting Committee, Hogan Lovells IMC To contribute to the work of the Faculty and its committees and working groups To negotiate and agree the Program's budgets with the Hogan Lovells IMC and to be responsible for the spending of funding To liaise with members of the Hogan Lovells international practice, to encourage multijurisdictional participation in the delivery of the Program On an annual basis, to deliver an annual report to the Visiting Committee outlining progress and achievements To do all other acts and things as may be necessary for the transaction of the business of the Program and the furtherance of the objectives
