The Kering Foundation Awards recognise and support the innovative ideas of social entrepreneurs committed to tackling violence against women. This year candidates have been selected from China; Hong Kong; France; Italy; UK; Mexico and the US. The seven winners will benefit from financial, incubation and mentoring support.
HL BaSE attended a brainstorming workshop in Paris with other stakeholders around how to sustain the winners' solutions and capitalize on their impact in the longer term. Delegates discussed the strategic needs of the projects and how they could grow their impact with a particular emphasis their economic model, social innovation and engagement of citizens.
